In a world where the very concept of truth seems to be crumbling, it is more important than ever for us as Christians to stand firmly upon the unshakable foundation of God's Word. As Norman Kissinger from Redeeming the Time Brothers Ministries points out, there is a dire lack of truth in our culture today. People have strayed so far from the ultimate truth found in Scripture that they can no longer discern even basic realities of the natural world around them.

However, as believers, we have access to the source of all truth: God Himself. The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are all described as being truth in the Bible. Jesus, in His high priestly prayer, entreats the Father to sanctify us through His truth, which is His Word.

This sanctification process is essential for our spiritual growth and maturity. We cannot become more like Christ without being grounded in the truth of Scripture. It is through studying, meditating upon, and applying God's Word to our lives that we are transformed and set apart for His purposes.

Sadly, many Christians today are Biblically illiterate. We must take responsibility for diving deep into the riches of God's Word, allowing it to shape our worldview and guide our actions. As we approach God in honesty about our sins and shortcomings, He will faithfully lead us into all truth through His Spirit.

In these turbulent times, let us cling to the timeless, unshakable truth found in Scripture. May we be diligent in our study of God's Word, allowing it to sanctify us and conform us to the image of Christ. As we stand upon the firm foundation of Biblical truth, we will be equipped to navigate the challenges and deceptions of this world with wisdom and discernment.
