Title: The Inescapable Judgment: Are You Ready?

"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:" - Hebrews 9:27 (KJV)

In today's world, it's easy to fall into the trap of believing that our actions have no consequences. Many people, both within and outside the church, live as if they will never have to answer for their choices. However, the Bible clearly states that every single person will stand before God in judgment.

As Christians, we must remember that even though our sins are forgiven through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, we will still give an account for how we lived our lives. The Apostle Paul writes, "For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad" (2 Corinthians 5:10, KJV).

This truth should motivate us to live each day with the understanding that God sees everything we do. It's not about living in fear, but rather living in reverence and obedience to our Heavenly Father. When we keep this eternal perspective, it helps us make better choices and prioritize our relationship with God.

For those who have not accepted Christ as their Savior, the reality of judgment should serve as a wake-up call. The Bible warns, "And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire" (Revelation 20:15, KJV). The good news is that it's not too late to turn to Jesus and accept His gift of salvation.

As the church, we must boldly proclaim the truth of God's Word, even if it may be uncomfortable at times. Our nation desperately needs revival, and it starts with each of us humbling ourselves before God and seeking His will for our lives.

Let us live each day with the knowledge that we will one day stand before our Lord in judgment. May this truth inspire us to live faithfully, share the Gospel, and make the most of every opportunity to serve Him.
