A Crooked Stick #Nightlight #RTTBROSGenesis 50:20

A Crooked Stick   #Nightlight #RTTBROS
Genesis 50:20 KJVS - 20 But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.

I heard a preacher say " God can draw a straight line with a crooked stick." This means that God can take evil meant to destroy and use it for a redemtive purpose.

God brought good from the brothers’ evil deed, Potiphar’s wife’s false accusation, the cup-bearer’s neglect, and seven years of famine. The experiences in Joseph’s life taught him that God brings good from evil for those who trust him. Do you trust God enough to wait patiently for him to bring good out of bad situations? You can trust him because, as Joseph learned, God can overrule people’s evil intentions to bring about his intended results.

Some other lives that demonstrate this principle would be Daniel and his friends they were taken into captivity and face NÇınnnall manner of attacks and persecution. Yet out of thier lives we are encouraged to stand strong in the face of a Christless culture.

What "Crooked stick in your current experiance is God redeeming for His eternal glory?

Back Together Again Jer 17:14 #Nightlight #RTTBROS

Back Together Again Jer 17:14  #Nightlight #RTTBROS

Jeremiah 17:14 KJVS - 14 Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise

The Humpty Dumpty poem is a great illustration of how we can call on all kinds of human help but they may let us down. In the end, all the king's horses and all the king's men couldn't put Humpty Dumpty back together again. But what if someone had called the King? In Jeremiah 17:14  is also translated "God, pick up the pieces. Put me back together again. You are my praise!" This verse reminds us that when we call on God, The King Of Kings for help, He can put us back together again.

When we are broken and in need of help, we can call on God to pick up the pieces and put us back together again.  God is there for us when we need Him. He can take our brokenness and make us whole again.

In  Hebrews 13:5-6 "for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. 6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me." This verse reminds us that God is with us in our lives. When we call on Him for help, He can take our brokenness and use it for His glory. We don't have to be afaid.
