Blessings Mark 10:45 #Nightlight #RTTBROS

 Blessings Mark 10:45 #Nightlight #RTTBROS

For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many." Mark 10:45
The story of the balloons is a beautiful illustration of how we can find happiness through serving others. Just like the students in the balloon story, when we focus on the neBallooneds of others, we often find that our own needs are met in ways we never expected.

In the story, a teacher brought balloons for her class and had each student blow up a balloon and write their name on it. Then, she took them into the hall and scattered the balloons. The students tried to search for the one with their name, but they couldn't find it even after the five minutes was up. The teacher scattered the balloons again then had each kid pick up the first balloon they came to and take it to the person whose name was on the balloon. Within two minutes, they all had the balloons at the right person.

This story reminds us that when we serve others, we may not always know exactly how our actions will impact them. But we can trust that God will use our service to bless others in ways we may never know. And just like the students found happiness in delivering the balloons to their rightful owners, we too can find happiness in serving others and making a positive impact in their lives.

The Bible teaches us that serving others is not only a way to find happiness, but it is also a commandment from God. In Mark 10:45, Jesus says, "For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many." This verse reminds us that Jesus Himself came to serve others and give His life for us, let's follow His example.

The Gratitude Key Ps 136:1 #Nightlight #RTTBROS

The Gratitude Key Ps 136:1 #Nightlight #RTTBROS

O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever." - Psalm 136:1 (KJV)

Gratitude is a powerful emotion that can transform our lives. When we cultivate an attitude of gratitude, we become more aware of the blessings in our lives and are able to appreciate them more fully. As we focus on what we have rather than what we lack, we experience greater joy, contentment, and peace. Here are a couple of excellent gratitude quotes and a verse from the bible that can inspire us to cultivate an attitude of gratitude:

"Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend." - Melody Beattie

"Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all others." - Marcus Tullius Cicero

"O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever." - Psalm 136:1 (KJV)

As we reflect on these quotes and verse, we can see that gratitude is a powerful force that can transform our lives. When we focus on what we have rather than what we lack, we are able to appreciate the blessings in our lives more fully. We can turn a simple meal into a feast by being grateful for the food we have to eat. We can turn a house into a home by being grateful for the shelter and comfort it provides. We can turn a stranger into a friend by being

Master The Minutes Pro 6:6-11 #Nightlight #RTTBROS

Master The Minutes Pro 6:6-11 #Nightlight #RTTBROS

 Devotion: Mastering the Minutes

Proverbs 6:6-11 (KJV) says, "Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise: Which having no guide, overseer, or ruler, provideth her meat in the summer, and gathereth her food in the harvest. How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? when wilt thou arise out of thy sleep? Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep: So shall thy poverty come as one that travelleth, and thy want as an armed man."

This passage speaks to the importance of diligence and hard work. The ant is a small creature, but it is wise and diligent in gathering food during the summer and harvest seasons. It does not need a guide, overseer, or ruler to tell it what to do. It simply knows what needs to be done and does it.

The concept of "Master the minutes and the months and years will take care of themselves" is all about focusing on the present moment and making the most of it. We cannot control the future, but we can control what we do with our time right now. By mastering our minutes, we are taking control of our lives and setting ourselves up for success in the future.

In the passage from Proverbs, the sluggard is warned about the consequences of his laziness. He is told that his poverty will come upon him like an armed man. This is a powerful image that reminds us of the importance of being diligent and hardworking. We cannot afford to be lazy or complacent, for this will lead to our downfall.

But if we are willing to put in the hard work and effort required, we can achieve great things. We can build successful careers, create strong relationships, and make a positive impact on the world around us. All of this starts with mastering our minutes and making the most of every opportunity that comes our way.

So let us take this lesson to heart and commit ourselves to being diligent and hardworking. Let us focus on the present moment and make the most of every opportunity that comes our way. By doing so, we can trust that God will take care of the months and years ahead, and we will be able to achieve the success and prosperity that we desire.

Good Question Ps 119:9 #Nightlight #RTTBROS

Good Question Ps 119:9 #Nightlight #RTTBROS

As we go through life, it is important to ask ourselves good questions. The psalmist in Psalm 119:9 asks, "Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word." This question reminds us that we need to turn to God's word for guidance and wisdom. We need to seek His truth and apply it to our lives.

Another example of asking good questions is found in the parable of the prodigal son in Luke 15:17. The son asks himself, "How many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger?" This question leads him to return to his father and seek forgiveness. It reminds us that we need to reflect on our emotions, actions, and decisions, and seek to make things right when we have gone astray.

As we ask ourselves good questions, we can also turn to God's word for answers. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." This verse reminds us to trust in God and seek His guidance in all areas of our lives.

May we always turn to God's word for guidance and wisdom, and may we ask ourselves good questions that lead us closer to Him.

The Gift Of Today Ps. 118:24 #RTTBROS #Nightlight

The Gift Of Today Ps. 118:24 #Nightlight #RTTBROS
The Gift Of Today.
Scripture: Psalm 118:24

This is the day that the Lord hath made; let us rejoice and be glad in it. — Psalm 118:24

Greetings, my dear friends! Today, I want to talk to you about a beautiful truth that we often overlook in the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. It is the fact that every day is a gift from God, a fresh opportunity to celebrate and be grateful for all that He has done for us.

Do you remember the excitement you felt as a child on your birthday? The anticipation of what the day might hold, the joy of being surrounded by loved ones, and the thrill of receiving presents? Well, my friends, every day is like a birthday of sorts, because it is a day that the Lord has made.
As I’ve gotten older, birthdays have lost some of their magic. But I still love the idea of a day that’s set apart from all the others. A day to celebrate, to remember, to be grateful

Psalm 118:24 reminds us to rejoice and be glad in every day, no matter how ordinary or difficult it may seem. We can find reasons to be grateful in the people we love, the beauty of creation, and the simple pleasures of life.

But let us not forget that our joy is not dependent on our circumstances. Even in the midst of trials and challenges, we can find joy in the Lord, knowing that He is with us, He loves us, and He is working all things together for our good.

So, my dear friends, let us make the most of this day that the Lord has made. Let us keep our eyes open for the blessings that He has given us, and let us share our joy with others, spreading the love of Christ wherever we go. For this is the day that the Lord has made, and we will rejoice and be glad in it!

Transformed for Fruitfulness: Trusting God's Plan John 12:24 #Nightlight #RTTBROS

Transformed for Fruitfulness: Trusting God's Plan John 12:24 #Nightlight #RTTBROS
Verse: "Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit." - John 12:24 (KJV)

Devotional:

In John 12:24, Jesus uses the illustration of a corn of wheat to teach us about the power of growth and transformation. He tells us that unless a seed falls into the ground and dies, it will remain alone. But if it dies, it will bring forth much fruit.

This verse reminds us that growth often requires sacrifice. Just as a seed must be buried in the ground and die in order to grow into a plant, we too must be willing to let go of old habits, attitudes, and ways of thinking in order to grow and transform.

But the good news is that when we do let go and allow ourselves to be transformed, we can bring forth much fruit. Just as a single seed can grow into a bountiful harvest, our own growth and transformation can have a powerful impact on the world around us.

So let us be like the seed that falls into the ground and dies, trusting that God will bring forth new life and growth in us. And let us be willing to let go of anything that is holding us back, knowing that the fruit of our transformation will be worth the sacrifice. May we be a source of hope and inspiration to those around us, bringing forth much fruit in our lives and in the lives of others.

90 Percent Solution Pro 28:21 #nightlight #RTTBROS

90 Percent Solution Pro 18:21 #Nightlight #RTTBROS One of Chuck Swindoll's most famous quotes is, "Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it." This statement reminds us that we have a choice in how we respond to the circumstances of life. We can choose to react with fear, anger, and bitterness, or we can choose to respond with faith, hope, and love.

The Bible has much to say about the power of our words and our attitudes. Proverbs 18:21 in the KJV says, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof." This verse reminds us that our words have the power to bring life or death. We can speak words of encouragement, hope, and love, or we can speak words of discouragement, despair, and hate.

James 1:19-20 in the KJV says, "Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God." This verse reminds us to be slow to speak and slow to anger. We should listen carefully before we speak, and we should not allow our emotions to control our words and actions.

As Christians, we are called to be salt and light in the world. We are called to be a positive influence on those around us, to speak words of life and hope, and to respond to the circumstances of life with faith and love.
