Good Question Ps 119:9 #Nightlight #RTTBROS
As we go through life, it is important to ask ourselves good questions. The psalmist in Psalm 119:9 asks, "Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word." This question reminds us that we need to turn to God's word for guidance and wisdom. We need to seek His truth and apply it to our lives.
Another example of asking good questions is found in the parable of the prodigal son in Luke 15:17. The son asks himself, "How many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger?" This question leads him to return to his father and seek forgiveness. It reminds us that we need to reflect on our emotions, actions, and decisions, and seek to make things right when we have gone astray.
As we ask ourselves good questions, we can also turn to God's word for answers. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." This verse reminds us to trust in God and seek His guidance in all areas of our lives.
May we always turn to God's word for guidance and wisdom, and may we ask ourselves good questions that lead us closer to Him.
