The Pit Isa 43:2 #Nightlight #RTTBROS
Isaiah 43:2 (KJV), "When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee."
In times of darkness and trial, we often feel alone and unable to see the light. But just as the stars can be seen from the depths of a dark well, the promises of God are often clearest to us in our darkest moments. When we are in the furnace of affliction, God is with us. It is in our most desperate sorrows that we can have our happiest experiences, for it is then that we can truly see the light of heaven undistracted by the shadows of earth.
The Bible tells us in Isaiah 43:2 (KJV), "When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee." This verse reminds us that even in the midst of our trials, God is with us and will protect us from harm. We can take comfort in knowing that our trials are not in vain, but are a means by which God can reveal His promises to us and draw us closer to Him.
The Bible is full of stories of people who faced great trials and tribulations, but who also experienced the presence and faithfulness of God in the midst of their struggles. Jacob, for example, wrestled with an angel of God all night long, and only when he was at his weakest did he receive a blessing and a new name from God. Joshua faced the seemingly impossible task of conquering the fortified city of Jericho, but with God's help, he was able to bring down its walls. And Abraham, who had waited many years for a promised son, was finally blessed with Isaac in his old age.
These stories remind us that God is always with us, even when we can't see Him or feel His presence. When we face trials and difficulties, we can take comfort in knowing that God is using these experiences to shape us and mold us into the people He wants us to be. Just as a potter uses heat and pressure to shape clay into a beautiful vessel, God uses our trials to refine us and make us more like Him.
The Bible tells us in Romans 8:28 (KJV), "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." This verse reminds us that even the most difficult and painful experiences in our lives can be used for our good and for God's glory. When we trust in God and His promises, we can have hope and peace even in the midst of our trials.
So if you are going through a difficult time right now, remember that God is with you. He sees your pain and He cares about you deeply. He is using your trials to shape you and mold you into the person He wants you to be. And in the end, you will come out stronger and more resilient than ever before.
