I can't Live the Christian Life Gal. 2:2£

#MorningGlory

I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.  I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

I can't Live The Christian Life
Gene Kissinger

We can't live the Christian life on our own it is impossible in the flesh the same passage Paul says if righteousness came by works of the law then Christ died in vain. So if we can't do it in our power we need another power to indwell us or fill us that can pull it off that is where the work and person of the Holy spirit come in to focus. In the early chapters of acts the apostles were filled with the spirit multiple time to pull off seemingly impossible ministry. This must be in distinction from the baptism of the spirit which I would see as a one time event. Paul would command us to be filled with the spirit in Ephesians and. The language is keep on being filled with the spirit. The glove without a hand in it represents us outside of the filling of the holy spirit and the glove with a hand in it that can accomplish anything the hand can do represents us filled with the spirit able to do what he can do. So when we get feeling life is impossible we need to put on a glove and remember the lesson and by faith experience the indwelling presence of the most misunderstood member of the Trinity.  The Holy Spirit.
